Kona Coffee Grilled Chicken Wings

Wings are briefly marinated in a Kona coffee rub, and then grilled for a charred, delicious BBQ treat.

  • Charcoal grill


  • 1 1/2 lbs. whole chicken wings, cut into drumettes and wingettes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Rub Me Dirty Chicken Rub
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • To marinate, put cut chicken wings into a large bowl. Add rub seasoning, lime juice, and olive oil. Mix completely and rest in the fridge for 3 hours to overnight.
  • Get your charcoal grill ready. Heat coals up to about 400F and allow the grill to heat up.
  • Lay the wings on the hot side of the grill. Cook about 5 minutes per side. You may need to keep any larger wings on the grill 1-2 minutes longer.
  • Remove onto a plate. Serve immediately,
