We all know and love the classic condiment that is Burger Sauce. It is the sauce that combines all of the typical burger toppings into once delicious, flavorful topping. This stuff is wonderful to dip fries in, add to a BLT, lather on top of chicken, or even a satisfying salad dressing. No matter which medium you choose, make this recipe today!
You’ll need:
1 cup Hellmann’s Mayo
1 cup ketchup of your choice
2 tablespoons minced dill pickle, or dill relish
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of garlic salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Juice of half a lemon
Combine all above ingredients into a bowl. I prefer freshly chopped pickle for this recipe, but have made it both ways. If you have relish but not pickles, no need to take a special trip to the store. Mix all ingredients until smooth and combined. Taste for seasoning and add more salt as needed. Seal and store in an airtight container in your fridge for up to a month! This sauce gets better the longer it sits. It makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside!
